How large of an item will fit into your laser machine.

We have two lasers on-site to fill your engraving needs. One has a 24x40 inch bed with pass-through doors. The other laser is 12 x 24 inches.

What is your return policy?

Our main objective is to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase. Any of our ready made products can be returned in their original condition within 30 days. Please request a return authorization # so we can credit the right account when we receive the product back. We do not accept returns on our customized products. If you are unhappy with something you purchased customized, please send an email with your concerns and why you are unhappy with your purchase. We will work with you to resolve your concerns by remaking your product if we have to.

What if I am local, can I pick up in person to save on shipping?

Of course you can! when you check out one of the options for shipping is pick up in person. Your order will be processed without a shipping charge. Send an email to let us know you when you plan on picking up. Since we work from home, we will have your order ready at the time and day of your choice to pick it up.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we offer gift cards in any denomination

Yes we do! Just ask and we will create one for you you. at this time we only offer E-Gift Cards but hopefully in the future we will be able to offer the plastic kind

Do you offer laser cutting services?

Yes! we have a 150 watt laser. We can cut wood, acrylic, paper, material, chip board and some other items. We can not cut Metal. We can mark metal with a special solution made just for the purpose of marking metal. It leaves a black permanent mark.
